A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THEME OF RESISTANCE IN OLAROTIMI’S OVONRAMWEN NOGBAISI AND AHMED YERIMA’S ATTAHIRU

Abstract

This work intends to show the African resistance toward the colonial master as highlighted by Ola Rotimi’s Ovonramwen Nogbaisi and Ahmed Yerima’s Attahiru. This research project contains four chapters; chapter one is general introduction, aims and objective of the study, scope and limitation, significance of the study, then brief biography of the authors. Chapter two is the literature review of the research and related views of other authors, chapter three focuses its attention on the concept of comparative literature, concept of comparative analysis, comparative analysis of the two plays and the summary of the two plays, chapter four is the summary and conclusion of the research work.
