CUXANYAR AL’ADUN QABILAR BABURAWA DA HAUSAWAN QASAR BIU

Abstract

TSAKURE Wannan aiki mai taken “Cuxanyar Al’adun Qabilar Baburawa Da Hausawan Ƙasar Biu”, an gina shi ne da manufar fito da ire-iren zumuntar al’adu da ke wanzuwa a tsakanin Baburawa da Hausawa mazauna ƙasar Biu da ke cikin Jihar Barno. Binciken ya karkata kan gano tasiri na wasu al’adun matakan rayuwa tsakanin waɗannan ƙabilu biyu. Kasancewar Hausawa sun zo sun zauna a ƙasar Biu tun shekaru ɗari da suka shuɗe, dole a samu cuɗanyar al’adu da naso tsakanin Baburawa da Hausawa. An ɗora wannan bincike kan ra’in cuxanyar al’adu mai taken Berry’s Model of Acculturation, wanda J. W. Berry ya samar (1992). An yi amfani da hira a matsayin hanyar tattara bayanai. Binciken ya gano cewa cuɗeɗeniyar da aka samu tsakanin al’ummun biyu ya samar da nason al’adu sosai a tsakaninsu. An samu wannan naso ta fannonin da suka haɗa da matakan rayuwa na bukukuwa da makamntansu.

ABSTRACT This research titled “Acculturation between the Hausas and the Babur Living in Biu” Emirate of Borno to study the acculturation process that has has taken place between the Babur and the cultural influences between the two cultural groups. For the fact that t-he Hausas have been living in Biu for the past hundred years, it is expected that there should be some forms of acculturation between them and the Babur. The research is based on the Berry’s Model of Aculturation which was founded by J. W. Berry (1992). An interview is used as the method of data collection. Finally, the study noted some elements of acculturation between the two groups has taken place in the areas of rites of passage and other ceremonies.
