PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF WOMEN EDUCATION IN BUNZA: A CASE STUDY OF BUNZA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

Abstract

The study examine the problem and prospect of woman education in Bunza Local Government Area, five research question ;and four research objectives guided the study. The population of the studies was 50 primary school teachers from various public schools in Bunza Local Government Areas. Descriptive research design was adopted for the study Questionnaire titled ‘problem and prospect of woman education in Bunza Local Government Area’ was the instrument use for data collection. The data collected was analyzed using frequency court and percentages. One of the finding of the study indicated the problem and challenges facing girl child education was based on the same factors teachers’ contributions negative attitude of parent toward women education withdrawals of female children from school, poor participation of female in school.
