the Department of Hadith Studies is devoted to the scholarly study of the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) as a fundamental source of Islamic knowledge. The department focuses on the collection, authentication, classification, and interpretation of Hadith, including ʿUlūm al-Ḥadīth, Muṣṭalaḥ al-Ḥadīth, and the study of major Hadith compilations. It aims to produce graduates with strong analytical skills, sound moral character, and the ability to apply Prophetic teachings to contemporary religious, social, and academic issues, in line with the university’s Islamic tradition.
