The methods used for collecting data are questionnaire, interview and personal observation. Each school were provided with fifteen (15) questionnaire, ten (10) for students and five (5) for teachers. The result/findings reveal that lateness is the most common deviant behaviour students engage in Junior Secondary Schools. Also, the finding indicate that there isno peaceful co-existence among students, thereby causing chaos, corruption and capital crimes among students is the major academic performance. In order to address the problem of bad behaviours in schools, the research recommends that parents should ensure proper upbringing of their children spiritually, morally, socially, psychologically and mentally. Also principals should make morning assembly compulsory to the students and teachers so as to reduce lateness. Finally the school management should ensure a full enforcement of rutes and regulations and ensure that student behave uprightly.
