Abstract

ABSTRACT Managing rental properties within the Usmanu Danfodiyo University community has become increasingly challenging due to the growing demand for student accommodations and inefficiencies in traditional property management methods. This project focuses on designing and implementing an Integrated Rental Property Management Platform (IRPMP) using PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS to streamline property management processes. The platform offers user-friendly dashboards for property managers and tenants, enabling efficient property listings, lease management, rent payment processing, and maintenance tracking. By automating tasks and improving communication among stakeholders, the system enhances operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Rigorous testing confirmed its functionality and reliability, demonstrating its potential to revolutionize property management within university communities
